How We Hire
Throughout the year, we continuously recruit to maintain a pipeline of available consultants to quickly respond to client requests. We do not hire candidates to fill specific projects. We hire candidates based on their overall skill sets. This hiring model allows our consultants to be flexible in the roles and opportunities they can work within while at CapTech.
Candidates will have a three-step interview process. The goal of the initial interview is to learn more about the candidate’s background, to understand their goals, and to answer any questions they may have about CapTech. Candidates will then be paired with one of our consultants for a more in depth 2nd interview focused on the candidate’s specific skill set. The final interview will be conducted by one of our Principals or Managing Directors and will consist of soft and hard skill-focused questions. We believe these steps allow candidates to get an accurate sense of what it is to be a CapTecher, and ultimately determine if it’s a perfect match for both sides.
